Fine bulghur, tomato paste, onion, chili pepper,  garlic, salt, red pepper, cumin, black pepper.

HOW TO MAKE

Before serving, wait for 1-2 daysat + 4 °C forthe frozen steak tartar a la turcaat -18 °C to be thawed and then shape it by hand and serve.
