Wash the potatoes in water, peel them and cut them as you wish.

  • Soak it in water for an hour, stirring occasionally so that take out the excess starches 
  • Put the oil in your pan and heat it.
  • Drain the potatoes in a colander and dry with paper or kitchen towel.
  • Add the potatoes in the hot oil, after 5-6 minutes, take the potatoes out of the oil.
  • Let them wait for 5-10 minutes, then turn on the oil on the stove, heat the oil very well, throw the waiting cooled potatoes back into the oil, and add salt to the oil close to browning.
  • When it gets the desired consistency, take them out of the oil.
     

If you fry your potatoes in this manner, it will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
